YourQue Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 2 September 2026

YourQue is a habit tracker made by an independent developer based in the Netherlands. These terms cover the YourQue app and this website, yourque.app. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.

Using YourQue

YourQue is licensed to you for personal use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law expressly allows it. YourQue is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and their own terms apply to your use of those stores alongside these.

Purchases

YourQue is free to use. YourQue Full is a one-time purchase at the price shown in the store. There is no subscription. Payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google, and refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from; refund requests go to that store, not to the developer, because the developer never handles your money. A purchase you have made stays yours. Prices for new purchases may change over time.

Free trial

YourQue Full comes with one 7-day free trial. No payment details are needed to start it, and it is tracked by a simple marker stored on your device. When the trial ends, nothing is charged; the Full features simply lock again until you choose to buy.

Your data and backups

Everything you enter into YourQue lives on your own device, as described in the privacy policy. That also means you are responsible for your own backups: the export feature exists for exactly this. If you delete the app without exporting first, your data is gone, and the developer cannot recover it, because no copy ever existed anywhere else.

The website

The forms on this website, such as the launch notification and tester signup, are used only for the purpose stated next to each form, and nothing else.

No warranty

YourQue is provided as it is. The developer works to keep it reliable but does not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. YourQue is a tracking tool, not a medical or healthcare product, and nothing in it is medical advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability for any claim connected to YourQue is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be published here before it takes effect, and the effective date above will change. Continued use of the app or website after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved together goes to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless consumer law gives you the right to a court closer to home.
